We are based out of Northridge, CA and service the entire San Fernando Valley area. We also service Simi Valley, Thousand Oaks, Malibu and Santa Clarita. For Medium and Heavy Duty Vehicles such as Tractors and Trailers, Buses and RV’s we service all over the Los Angeles Area.
Are you available 24/7?
Yes, Day & Night Towing operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays. However, if your vehicle was impounded and need to visit our impound lot for a release, our office hours are from Monday-Friday 9am-5pm and by appointment only after 5pm weekdays & Saturdays and Sundays.

We have drivers located all over our service area. However, our ETA may vary based on the current traffic conditions during the time of the call.

What should I do if my car was towed from a private property?
If your vehicle was towed by Day & Night Towing, you may call us directly at 818-701-5911 for our address, pickup hours and impound fees. Please bring your ID/Drivers License, Registration/Title with yourself listed as the Registered Owner, and/or Car Insurance, and keys for the vehicle. All towing and impound fees must be paid at the time you are picking up your vehicle.
Can you unlock my car without damaging it?
Yes, our professional technicians use specialized tools to safely unlock your vehicle quickly without causing damage to the locks and windows.
What forms of payment do you accept?
For roadside services, we accept Credit/Debit, Cash and payment through our online payment link.
For impound releases, we accept Tap to Pay, Credit/Debit and Cash. We do not accept AMEX.
What are your office hours?
Our office hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm and by appointment only after 5pm weekdays & Saturdays and Sundays.
